Shipping and Returns

At Fragrancez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Hygiene products (e.g., undergarments), unless unopened and unused.

Refund Approval Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund within 7 business days.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. After that, we may not be able to cancel the order if it’s already shipped.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
